Charles Poliquin is a world renowned strength and performance coach. he has trained many Olympic athletes produced 100's of medals also worked with NFL and NHL athletes. His training philosophy is meticulously getting the angles of your form down correctly and putting yourself at a mechanical dis advantage it forces the muscles into growth. Training puts heavy emphasis on tempo. Tempo put more stress on muscles as it keeps your muscle under tension for longer than someone that just lifts the weight fast.

In these two video's he takes us through a post exhaustion routine for bothe biceps and triceps. By using supersets we can really add extra intensity to aare workouts and break the remaining muscle fibres down with the shock factor of jumping to one exercise to another without rest.
